I waited there for 4 hours and paid almost $1000 for a 30,000 mile maintenance only for my tires to not even get aired up and my windshield washer fluid light to come on while driving home. Now I’m concerned about what else didn’t actually get done. According to consumer reports most of the 20 items they supposedly did during the service should have been inspection only.

I purchased a new 2019 RAV 4 from this dealership for the family, we were all very excited to have a new car. We've enjoyed the car very much, but since we bought the car there has been many issues that have been coming to surface. There have been issues with shifting in the transmission, drivers seat belts, the back passenger seat belts, making squeaky noises when driving on bumpy roads, AC, etc... When I have come in to fix these problems, I am not treated well at all, the service department speaks to me as I don't understand because of my skin color or accent. They always send me away saying there is nothing to be fixed with my car and that these are all normal things. This hasn't been a one time experience... I have experienced the same discrimination from the service department every time I have come in with a different problem. And every time I have to take matters in my own hands and contact the Toyota Customer Experience (Toyota Customer Service). They are the only ones who have taken me seriously, and have risen every issue and helped me solve them. They escalate the problem to this specific toyota service department, and when I go back after customer service contacts the service department, they run tests and find that, yes, indeed there is something wrong with the car and helps fix the issue. My time is wasted, instead of going to the Larry H Miller Toyota service department once, I always have to come back the second time where they will only take me seriously because customer service has to contact them on behalf of me. I am still dealing with issues with the car, and am going in on Thursday. I am still not comfortable with their solutions because of they way they have treated in the past, do I trust their judgement on the solution to my problems with the car? I have invested a lot of time and money into this car, but unfortunately because of my experience with this dealership I wish I could take back my choice of purchasing specifically from them. I am so thankful that the Toyota Customer Service department actually takes care of me, its unfortunate that they are the only ones that happen to take me seriously and won't judge me and my knowledge based on my accent or ethnicity. The case manager Sharyce W. has been able to take care of me and the problems with my car and I am truly thankful for her ability to take care of her customers. If you are looking for a car, I urge you to look elsewhere, especially if you are a minority. You will not be taken seriously, and will have to battle your way to get what you pay for.

I would suggest setting up an appointment because it's hard to get a service scheduled without. But, the staff is friendly and courteous, and always willing to explain anything you have questions about. So far, so good. I recommend getting the maintenance trio deal. It's a steal.

I had my oil changed, tires rotated and got new wiper blades @ Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray, Allen tended to my car’s needs and he was very honest when he helped me pick out the best wiper blades for my budget by explaining the differences in the choices available. I felt good about making an informed decision. He was also prompt and polite.

We love the service that is given to us and how the employees are on top of things when we get there for an unscheduled visit. They still accept us and get things done. The only thing I would recommend on adding is a television for the cars that are in queue. It shows that everyone is accountable and it shows how much longer it will be for each car will take and we can know when our car is done. I understand it does get business and that may not be a challenge you would want to accept but I would if I am wanting to make sure that we are getting things done in a timely manner. I think with this transparency it’ll help you know what processes need to be fixed and how to speed things up.

don't bother scheduling an appointment, they just put you in line with everyone else who just shows up. They will lie to you and tell you your appointment means something, but it doesn't. So plan on your basic service taking a couple of hours. And don't be surprised when things like your tire pressure sensors no longer match your cabin display; either that or they lied about rotating my tires as well. I have always been suspicious on Larry Miller company. This was my first and last attempt at working with them. Sorely disappointed, but not surprised.

The service at first was good my wife and I did not feel a lot of pressure and we were excited to buy. After the purchase, we had some things being done on the vehicle before we brought it home and it was difficult to get anybody to return are call’s or call us to let us know it was done. We felt after we bought, that people were not as concerned to help us as they were before we made the purchase. We felt that we were an inconvenience. In your message you left you stated Colin had sent out a gift card for the test drive and you wanted to know if We had received that yet. We have not. I took my car in for an oil change and emission test. They were able to work me in right away. I was able to buy a 3 pack of oil changes for $90. The emissions test was $30 and came with free on the spot renewal. Unfortunately, the system to do that was down at the moment so I ghad to do that on my own later. They did tell me that I could come back and they would do it for me but I didn’t want to make the extra trip. They also washed my car. I liked the experience and the prices.

Getting a dead battery checked and/or replaced on my old Tundra. I’ve been coming here for many years with several vehicles, all the way back to when the dealership was down the street a few blocks. They have alway provided great service at reasonable prices (my 2002 Tundra just keeps on running!). One of the service reps, Mary, has helped me many times and has provided exceptional customer service, I definitely notice and appreciate her work each time. A big thank you to her and this great organization.

My service could have been five stars but this is what happened. I had an appointment at 1:00 I arrived 10 minutes early pulled nto the bay and watched about 15 to 20 people walk past me, not ever looking at me never once spoke to me until about 5 after 1:00 there were now two other cars in the bay with me with the same experience. Then finally Tim came by and told me that someone will be with me in a minute and I explain to him about my wait time and how no one spoke to me or acknowledged me and that it would have been a nice if someone had said something to me a lot earlier. He explained to me that they were slammed and backed up and he apologize and said that was why he was coming over to me now.Tim came back within about 5 minutes and we reviewed my list of things he was careful to list them, then we went and put it in the computer and he met all my needs and even made sure to get my car back to me before closing time because I told him that I was a family with one car and it was important to me to get my back by that evening. The only thing that wasn't taken care of was that we talked about getting a car washed and cleaning the inside front windshield window cleaned cuz I couldn't reach it so that I could see out of my car to drive. It wasn't done. But I could see that there was a lot of things going on at the end of the day and It was late It was closing time and so I was grateful that they got my car taken care of and I was able to get out and get everything taken care of that was really important to me. Tim was very careful to meet all my needs, was professional, kind and respectful and I was pleased with him and his service, he did the best that he could with his time that was allowed. I would look forward to having him take care of my car service needs next time. Thanks so much Tim. This is my second Toyota Prius and I love these cars and very use to quality care in the service department that Toyota offers. And Most of my service with Toyota was in Knoxville, Tennessee, when you pulled into their service bay within 2-3 minutes someone has spoken to you and let you know that you were important and your needs were important to them. With my first Toyota that I bought, by the time I got home after my purchase of my car. I had flowers waiting at the house with a note Thanking me for allowing Toyota to take care of my personal car needs. Wow, did that make an impression on me. I have been previously faithful to my Honda cars and was converted over immediately to how wonderful Toyota cars and service are, no comparison!

I’ve had the WORST customer experience at this dealership. The lack of communication is frustrating. I’ve addressed my concerns many times but no one seems to care. The service advisor that helped me didn’t bother to fix what I initially went in for and told me nothing was wrong with my car even after explaining the problem. He didn’t emphasize me or offer a solution to my problem. This is the 3rd time I’ve had problems with this dealership. I don’t recommend this place.

Worst customer service. Ever. I’ve talked to several managers about my concerns but no one seems to care. It took them 5 months to order a part for my car the first time. I never got a call from them either. I don’t recommend this place. I wish I would’ve purchased my car at a different dealership.

We had our car in for mtc. The mtc went ok as planned, but the communication between us and LHM was a complete fail. Service writer didn't get back until almost the end of the day. Calling the LHM phone numbers was a complete waste. No one answers, and messages left were never answered with return calls. Used to be one could get a real person on the phone. That's now impossible. No one answers or returns messages, including the service manager. Just awful.

Quick review: Poor communication had to call them and ask what was going on 6 different times, each after an expectation that they had set fell through the cracks one after another. After everything was said and done was it fixed correctly? No. Or at best partly..... Will I go back? NO. Kyler was kind, and polite. I hope you get the kinks worked out of your business. Bests wishes. I’ll leave a more detailed experience on a later date or update if anything is changed.

Short version: Took a week to get an update on my car. Had a car towed here the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving. 4 pm rolled around so I called the tow company to verify it was dropped off and the information they gave the service advisor was accurate. It was all correct (tow driver even noted the parking stall) I called LHM Toyota to see what the timeline was for getting it looked at, no answer from service, left a message (Day before Thanksgiving, probably super busy, I'm not in a hurry, no worries) Called again friday afternoon, (bear in mind nobody from the service has even called to acknowledge the car was dropped off there) again, no answer.(Friday after Thanksgiving, maybe they were closed) I didn't have time to follow up monday (neither did they apparently) so I called Tuesday morning, no answer. I reached out to a friend within the Miller group to see if he could get to the bottom of it. He personally investigated and was told by the service advisor they haven't been able to get ahold of anyone (I'm fairly easy to get ahold of, all you have to do is call) 30 mins later (144 hours after the car was dropped off) I got a call from the advisor. It's bad news when you have to either be connected or be there in person to know what is going on with a car that is in for service.

They tried to rip me off. They told me on the phone it would cost "about $13" to get a key made. Then at the parts counter, they told me it would actually cost about $30 for the key, and $30 for labor. Then at the service area they told me it was gonna be $65 for the labor. I told them what the parts guy said, and they just ignored that price and said they wouldn't match it. Then they told me Mark Miller Toyota would charge me more for the same service. So I called Mark Miller on the spot, and they guaranteed me a lower price (before I even mentioned I was at Larry H. Miller). The funny thing is that they texted me asking for a review, so here ya go.

This dealership is the place to go for Toyota. We have gone to several other dealerships and this was the best by far. Our salesman, Brian Felt, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all our questions. The best I know, five stars :)

Horrific service department. Quoted me almost $3000 too much and still charged an outrageous price for "looking at the car". Had trouble on the phone w a rep locating my keys, also had trouble at the store finding them. Avoid at all costs.
